As a election 2008 presidential candidate I wrote my first 9/11 commentary back in the 2004/05 . It assumes outstanding questions about 9/11. It addresses motive with circumstantial evidence in the financial markets with the intention of in the future to 'Follow the Money' . It further assumes that the due process of discovery is called for beyond the original 9/11 Commission's scope, and where it leads it leads. If given the honor of holding the presidential office, it has been my commitment for this due process of discovery to be furthered so that our nation can move forward. The issues on 9/11 are outstanding for me. I further believe that as a nation, we cannot move forward currently, if the Congress is to ignore so many questions on 9./11 that are still outstanding. What we cannot dismiss about 9/11 is the following: “Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them that are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country”. By Hermann Goering, Nuremberg Diary ( 1947) by G.M. Gilbert John F. Kennedy said in a 1961 speech that the people are to question. Today, this calls for a proactive interest from Congress. When we stop questioning is when we start loosing our liberty. When Congress does not listen, it no longer represents the people's interest.
9/11 Conspiracy Theory is not a popular item with most, as why in the first place entertain it when being clearly informed of the cause. But since it happened in my very own neighborhood, and that most things seemingly did not fit seamlessly in explanation, unless you force fit them together.
The scope of the 9/11 Commission Report appeared to be within a fish bowl. Rude inconsistencies about the reason for the War on Terror, purpose of the Patriot Act, and the state that our nation is in today gives purposeful reason to question this part of our history. In
fact, unless being a slave, where we have given up the right to
think, it can only be patriotic in duty to question the events that
we are a part of. We as America deserve clear and transparent answers
no matter what the truth unveils. Congress as a body has been inept and irresponsible about this. We can certainly toast their accomplishment in now legislating the implementation of the 9/11 recommendations, but these recommendations are as limited and narrow as their investigation. The majority of the the 9/11 families have serious issue about the lack of completeness in the investigation. Congress cannot be a Barrel of Monkies
Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil is not representation. Simply, how can congress not embrace 9/11 and only rely on the scope and focus set by the Commission, as opposed to first holding hearings about questions of doubt ? I agree that it was an accomplishment to prevent the Bush muscle from impeding the 911 Commission's work, but it was too conservative in assuming the circumstances behind September 11th 2001. Condolezza Rice to the 9/11 Commsion Thank you for helping to find a way to meet the Nation's need to learn all we can about the September 11th attacks, while preserving important Constitutional principles. This Commission, and those who appear before it, have a vital charge. We owe it to those we lost, and to their loved ones, and to our country, to learn all we can about that tragic day, and the events that led to it. 9/11 Commission Report has accomplished nothing more than a boiler
plate form limiting the scope of issues. Much more has to be
accomplished in terms of the report, about the investigation of 9/11,
and ongoing about 9/11. Summary of Accomplishments:
There is much the 9/11 Commission has not looked at, and should and which could help further circumvent Terrorism world wide, in addition to on our own soil. What's more, any concerns of this sort have been conveniently dismissed as 'Conspiracy Theory'; when instead we should be asking ourselves, just why are there so many of them. The Due Diligence of Congress If the mountain was brought to Mohammad, and he ignored it, the mountain still exists. In denying the people an actual due process of discovery, Congress has not done its job. This is regardless, if evidence is false or true. The fact that there is evidence is enough and questions need to be answered. Otherwise, Congress is encouraging our nation as a people to try move forward on a false premise. In
our due diligence in serving the American people in addition to the
victims and families of 9/11, we must look at everything that could
be directly or indirectly related to the causes of 9/11. With a catastrophe in New York that was considered greater the the Day of Infamy by FDR, on 9/12, we were immediately instructed on the News by Mayor Rudolf Guilliani to get back to being consumers. One could say that it is absurd, and unfair to associate George Bush Jr., and Osama bin Laden except as enemies, but then the question must be ruled out of 'who is pulling the strings' if any ?
We must rule out many the issues before our nation can move forward and it is the sworn duty of Congress currently, since 2001 to exercise a true due process of discovery. Their due diligence must be both top down and bottom up. It must include many many dimensions of consideration as there are questions. They did not for example, consider the physics of truth, or the nature of fundamental greed. The next question then is, 'How can Congress stare into the face of evil, for if not, then how can they embrace 9/11 for the people ?' The Physics of Truth Evidence is too rude and undaunted about both the World Trade Center, and the Pentagon. It is a matter of physics that Congress is ignoring, which cannot be dismissed as hear say. The World Trade Center towers from my own direct observation came down as if they were forced down, and not just collapsing from heat. The people leaping to their deaths seemed to take a second or two longer to reach the ground than it took each separate tower to collapse. This troubled me for some time, and made me want to follow the money. 9/11 is about more than believing that a rogue group of extremists were solely responsible for it. Much to my surprise I discovered overwhelming consensus of observations as is demonstrated in this video It is pointed out that WTC1 and 2 both fell in about 13 or 14 seconds, and Building 7 seemed to be abruptly collapsed manually. Building 7 in particular can for many represent 'the smoking gun' . This is further detailed also at whatreallyhappened.com . Further note, that on the left is the collapse or the old WT7, and on the right its brand new replacement.
Building 7 also received less damage than the 'Deutsche Bank Building. This building faces the opposite side of the TWC Towers. WTC1 did hit it, which today ,in 2007, it is still standing. See the picture below.  In fact during August, 2007, a fire raged in the Deutsche Building that took the lives of two of our neighborhood firemen. New York City, State and Federal government are still trying to figure out how to bring this building down.
Collaborative Considerations Larry Silverstein, the WTC owner noted that the New York City fire department wanted to 'pull ( collapse ) the WTC7 at around 4 PM that afternoon on Sept, 11th 2001. But then consider the Windsor building, in Madrid Spain that burned all night , but never collapsed. http://911research.wtc7.net/wtc/analysis/compare/windsor.html “The fire apparently caused the collapse of the top floor spans surrounding the still-standing core structure of the ten uppermost floors. As in the case of the other large skyscraper fire since 9/11/01, fears of total building collapse in the case of the Windsor fire were widely reported. 3 Those fears would again prove unfounded.” For WTC7, some have other theories. Mr. John-Michael P. Talboo theorized that the plane that was shot down in Pennsylvania, was intended to hit WTC7. Hence, the building had to come down afterworlds. This is more consistent with the thinking that WTC 1 and 2 although hit, seem to have been forced down in a similar manner. In retrospect, if it is not the hand of god pushing it straight down, the amount of charges to implode such a structure for a clean vertical drop could take days for its preparation. At http://wtc7.net it is pointed out that the occupants the old WTC7 included the IRS Regional Council, U.S. Secret Service, C.I.A. Securities & Exchange Commission, Mayor's Office of Emergency Mgmt. Larry had owned WTC7 for a few years prior to 9/11. But then two months before, he became the owner of the WTC7 complex. He then took out a record insurance policy on the complex. The Bankers Trust building is not part of the Silverstein property. As a result, Larry Silverstein got his insurance settlement of over $3.5 billion dollars. He promptly erected a brand new building in WTC7's place, and in terms of the critical operations materials of the IRS Regional Council, U.S. Secret Service, C.I.A. Securities & Exchange Commission, Mayor's Office of Emergency Mgmt. , that is simply could be regarded as ashes to ashes. WTC7 was an over engineered building whose occupants were critical government offices, where their documents, disk drives, and critical operations materials could possibly be recovered if the building had not been pulled. Consider that the government did seem to have ample evidence of Arabic documents that they recovered from the debris of 9//11, where what I had witnessed could not leave anything behind, much less intact and legible Arabic documents; more and more questions came about. Further overlooked in due diligence, is that Mayor Gulliani also had all the WTC steel shipped off immediately and melted down. For a crime scene that represents the worst disaster in our history, is unusual. No concern was even expressed about FEMA setting up a new command bunker the night before 9/11 that Gullani end up using for being the hero of 9/11. But on the list for further discovery of Silverstein and Gulliani, the question also must be posed as to how Marvin Bush, the youngest brother of George Bush Jr, was in charge of WTC security, where his contract concluded on 9/11. Lack of Oversight Okay, if you are thinking conspiracy, please keep in mind that I am only noting facts and posing questions that many Americans are aware of. Simply there are to many questions that required transparent and accountable resolve for our nation. When we look at WTC7 smoking gun, and become certain to the fact that you cannot just arbitrarily one afternoon decide to collapse a building in lower Manhattan, then we can dismiss the magic, or what comes across as a fairy tale about most horrendous event in our nations history. For our due diligence in serving the American people, and in addition to the victims and families of 9/11, we must look at everything that could be directly or indirectly related to cause. When we account for something on the magnitude of 9/11 , what should be considered is how could bigger players benefit from it. Congress should be reminded of President Dwight D. http://coursesa.matrix.msu.edu/~hst306/documents/indust.html When we talk of National, and / or Homeland Security, and about a 'War on Terror' that is without end, I find that it is difficult for me to consider the notion that the 9/11 Commission is a finite action; severely under funded $6 million dollars; was interfered with initially by the Bush administration; that there would be any considering, or concern about no follow-up legislation in 2005, if not ongoing legislation; and in fact from 'lessons learned' that the commission is not formed as a strategic body of oversight in our government. We, and Congress cannot ignore any possibility of 'Follow the Money' and especially when evidence is demonstrated thanks to President Eisenhower. For instance, there was a lot of big money made upon the opening of the Stock Market right after 9/11, and that in war, big money is made, and that without an economy, war cannot make big money. To account for the belief that hitting the WTC would be hitting at the heart of our economy and then to admit to ourselves that in the wake of an attack that it was more devastating than Pearl Harbor, we owe it to the American people to be as transparent and accountable as possible on going in our actions of "due process". While Wall Street became compromised but not destroyed, I wondered who else but weapons manufactures could profit under such conditions. I looked at two stocks, Boeing and Lockheed. They are traded on the New York Stock Exchange. There was a striking relationship between what seemed to be complete opposite in their behaviors where 9/11 was the cross hatch. 
Above, the Boeing stock snapshot for the week before 911, which was the manufacture of the planes used on 9/11, indicates a massive sell off in volume where its price plummets. When the markets reopened, Lockheed another weapons manufacture, charted below, in contrast took on the volume and value that Boeing lost just prior to 9/11. So it was an even trade from Boeing to Lockheed. Boeing and Lockheed were in a head to head contest for a $300 billion defense contract prior to 9/11 but whose contract would be awarded that October. On the Friday before 9/11, the Democrats were divided from the Republicans about the scope of planned defense spending. The Democrats right after 9/11 rolled over and agreed on deficit defense spending without caps. By the end of the week, George Bush came off the ranch and got to have a War on Terror with a deficit based budget. Lockheed won the $300 billion contract that October, 2001 as in the chart spike below, WTC reparations were estimated at $30-40 billion or just a little more than 1/10th of the defense contact's price tag, and then Larry Silverstein got his $3.5 billion settlement. If we are to look at this from the standpoint of profits and losses, compare it to the far less profits made vs. lives lost in Vietnam. Comparably, this is a bonanza for the defense stocks and the futures markets. We also cannot discount ethics for some that could see that 'we all got to go sometime'.
Larry Silverstein in comparison is a very small player in this equation. His $3.5 billion settlement is nothing compared to the $300+ Billion defense contract that was awarded the following October as was noted. To Move Our Nation Forward Regardless of innocence of guilt, what has been presented here can only be considered a beginning in the due process of discovery. Our economy has taken a $10 trillion hit since 2001, which is filling others pockets. This alone has caused out nation considerable compromise.
But to just avoid, or even to minimize possible future attacks, it is imperative to view that the 9/11 Commission's work has only just begun. These types of commissions cannot be limited, but are to be regulated by Congress only. The Justice Department, nor the executive branch should dismiss, nor evade answering to such commissions that are appointed by Congress. It is the responsibility of the Congress in the Constitution to form tribunals that are only inferior to the Supreme Court. It is not executive privilege of the president, or appointees to dismiss or to ignore them.
So the question still stands as to what was really accomplished by the 9/11 Commission, and by our government in its due diligence in doing the work for the people in understanding all the issues that surround 9/11. It was the worst day in our nation's history, but yet did our government really do its job in addressing the prevention of another 9/11. Although Homeland Security and the Patriot Act were formed and we are now fighting terrorists of our own determination, does this serve our needs for security? Do we know without question that our enemies are bin Laden and his followers or are they just the puppets of greater enemies that could even operate on our shores with a freedom that was taken from us in the Patriot Act ? We were easily handed the identity of the enemy by John Ashcroft in finding some papers written in Arabic, and told where we must go in order to fight our enemies. Is it treason to question this, or is it the complicity in treason not to ? When waging war, it is our duty to know our enemy. In the Spanish American war, and the Bay of Tonkin we were given the same explanation but yet like today preferred to turn away from looking at questionable evidence that cost many American lives.
