Zeitgeist Part 1 Alternative Views on Good and Evil

Q: Do you believe in Good and Evil ? ?

Ans: Evil is something I believe is best resolved within ourselves, as opposed to accusing others of it. To contemplate Evil is one thing, but to stare in the face of it is another. Irony is, that 'Live' spelt backwards spells 'Evil'. I believe this is what we should look closely at when seeing our reflection in the Mirror every morning, and in who we are reflected in what we do in our every day.
We are not Good and Evil, it is not what we do as Good nor Evil, but it is in the collateral affects of what we do
An Example is the 'Axis Of Evil' where G.W. Bush claims , and even accuses other nations as 'Evil Doers'. Most of these nations are impoverished nations, which can cover the gambit of Economics, Human Rights, and position as a coillabrative player in the World today.

In 1994 I lost all hopes of becoming a Partner at a Big 8 CPA firm when engaging in a debate with the Partner in charge of an engagement in the UK. I stated in the hotel late after work, that the Iron Curtain was destined to come down, as there was no way that the Soviet Union could sustain itself in the burgeoning Global Economy. In fact, the Wall I noted was a Wall that sealed them in, in a similar manner as a castle in medieval times would be sealed in from obtaining supplies when under siege by an outside force. The Partner in charge told me that I was 'Nuts', that the Soviet Union was a major Super Power, and that we would never give up our Pershing Missiles. In 1989, the Wall Came down, and the Soviet Union was no longer looked at as Evil as it was viewed has doing something that served the Good.

If we were to threaten a Hungry Dog, that Dog by instinct will only become more vicious. I believe it is only over time that the Hungry Dog learns trust when food is likewise extended to it.

Human nature is very much the same, where trust in the name of opportunity can only occur 'One Step at a Time' . Trust cannot be assumed, as the requirement of Trust cannot also be imposed. By example, Trust is earned.

North Korea is an impoverished nation that has their Nuclear Missile when they want to show their teeth; in a similar manner as the Hungry Dog. It is not a Trick that one has to teach an Old Dog when working 'One Step at a Time'.
