The Nation's Safety: Our Nation's Safety should be viewed in terms of our Economic Solvency, then our Homeland Security, our National Security; and the Nation's Intelligence System. Our Nation's Safety is first and foremost subject to the Welfare of our Nation. The Welfare of the Nation is by my definition, the Welfare of the People. For me, it is a Financial Matter. The level of Economic Solvency of the Nation is the foundation for the financial welfare of the people. Consequently, there is no way for the people of the nation to assured of Nation's Safety, which translates to the health, safety and welfare of the Nation unless the Nation as a whole is sound financially. Simply put - There is no way for the Nation to have independence and autonomy, and standards in its foreign Policy if the nation is not fiscally sound. Our Nation cannot afford a real Homeland Security Program, a National Defense System that is backed with true Diplomacy, nor a National Intelligence System that works with out the Nations Fiscal Soundness. The Nation's Safety Program proposed is to provide: The Homeland Security budgets that meet the supported expectations of each State The sharing of information between our First Responders and The Homeland Security Department The Furthering of purpose and responsibility of Commissions to enhance our position against threats Provide a robust National Security Platform that is built with strong Defense Posture and Diplomacy with Wisdom The further refinement of our Intelligence Systems through the proposed Federal Information Systems Plan.
