Why Orion Karl Daley is my Hero in the race for President of the United States for 2008 I met Orion 31 years ago when I was 19 years old. Nobody introduced me to him. He caught my attention because he was tall and stood very straight, looked friendly and strong at the same time. I stepped past him on the sidewalk and then turned around. He did the same, and we introduced ourselves to each other. Over the years we have raised three children together in New York City. I believe I know him very well. I feel confident to verify his qualities as follows: He has compassion and vision. He understands that our nation needs new ideas not just editing of the old ideas. Orion has belief that change is possible. He understands that Congress is needed to get the ball in motion. He believes in the United Nations and what it stands for. He has principles. He has transparency and accountability. These are qualities sorely lacking in the US government today. Orion is direct when he speaks. He does not like game playing. He loves people for real. He is truly sad about those who have died in Iraq and also believes that all nations can work with each other not against each other or playing the game of outsmarting each other. He knows how to break the cycle of war. It is with strength and compassion not in hate and greed. It is in giving for the sake of healing not for what you get in return. It is in trusting and verifying. Orion has determination and never gives up. He is always looking for new ways of doing things. He is always looking to learn and discover new things in life. He has a strong backbone and a strong heart. He has courage and conviction. We have not asked big business to support us. You now have the real alternative to the two p arty system for your future ! Donations are Precious In 2004, over $800 million in campaign donations were used by the Democrats and Republicans. This was not to bring a plan to the people, but in criticizing the other party. The net result was that In 2004, only 21% of our voter population put Bush into office, and 19% wasted a vote on democrats that would not question the results. 60% of our voter population let someone else decide for them. Today, the Democrats and Republicans boost and brag about their campaign funding, yet they still do not offer anything worth while in their implied promises worth remembering. The word 'Try' for Orion Karl Daley is not acceptable for making commitments to the nation.
The New Deal is Orion Karl Daley's commitment. It is doable for our nation. So if you can donate, every bit of help is precious for this campaign's message to reach the American people. The Volunteer's of America Network Our Volunteer's of America Network is growing. Its taking the message to friends and communities thats making the difference. That message is Let not this country be with out you, leave no American behind. In order to elect Orion Karl Daley, we are looking for all kinds of volunteers to help empower people to be able to vote for the New Deal. If you believe in yourself then we are looking for your help ; and if you have read the New Deal then you know why ! This includes state/district campaign managers, local fund rasiers, and volunteers to reach out into their communities with State petitions to get Vote Daley08 on their state ballot. We don't have to accept second rate candidates now as we have the New Deal to vote for by Orion Karl Daley. How you can easily help ! Some of our volunteers spend their time at home. They are faxing The book review as a Landscape to their local officials. As an example, city council members and local mayors are becoming aware of the New Deal ! Its a way to introduce a lot at a time to local political leaders, as well as those that pick up the their faxes. This helps in significant ways. These civil servants are responsible people. What is sent to them is a must read, and its inspiring. Its a message to share with the American People - The more the mesage gets out, the more voters will be voting ! This helps you build momentum in your local community. These civil servants can help in building your local volunteer network, and posibly help in acquiring funds for it. This means that petitions can reach yur neighbors who are willing to sign them ! If not able to Volunteer ! If you are not able to be a volunteer to be active in your district, you can still share the visions and plans with family , friends and coworkers. Just think, when you tell 2 friends about it, they can tell two more friends each too ! Do the math. The nation can know about a better deal for the future of our nation just by you talking about it. No politican will be able to out debate you and people will listen ! Want to Show what Making the Difference Is ! Whats more, you can easily share the message while meeting friends that want to meet you. Let them Ask - 'What is the New Deal, and who is Presidential Candidate Orion Karl Daley. You can wear the message proudly !
